2013 was very fruitful and rich in high-profile events
At the end of 2013, on December 30, Villa Churchill, the flagship of the LEGEND. quarter, celebrated the Rafters Day dedicated to the completion of construction of load-bearing structures.

At the event, Natalya Lebedeva gave a ceremonial speech on behalf of the ordering customer R.EVOLUTION CITY to the audience, thanked Ilmars Birzgalis (technical surveillance) and builders for promptly and qualitatively performed works. Then Janis Lacaunieks from the construction company RBSSKALS reported about the course of performance of the works, told about the results of completed works and set forthcoming tasks.
